Chad Peace, President of IVC Media, said: “We are proud to win an award for creative work, especially in a category where we were competing against the most well-funded, creative, and high-profile campaigns in the world.”
The email, titled “No More Kumbaya,” was created for Gov. Gary Johnson’s 2016 presidential campaign, and was one of IVC’s many fundraising efforts that helped the campaign “shatter” third party fundraising records, as recognized by news outlets including the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, Reason, and TIME.
“We were fortunate to work for a candidate who had passion, credibility, and a positive message. We just tried to tell his story in a way that energized new and dedicated supporters,” said Anthony Astolfi, Creative Director for IVC Media.
The IVC Media team helped Gary Johnson's campaign raise over $11 million online from over 200,000 donors. With these resources, the Johnson/Weld campaign garnered over 4 million votes in 2016 -- almost 4 times the Libertarian Party’s total in 2012.
